Why we love this Wine

Soave captures hearts, it's fair to say. Sandro de Bruno make it entirely too easy to sort the great from the good when it comes to Soave, with a tremendous focus on terroir. Volcanic soils (or rather, the Suoli Vulcanici) get a lot of attention, but it's entirely justified when you taste a wine like this. Satisfyingly pithy, tropical fruited and briny, this is a textural ten.
