Shipping times to Australian major cities and metropolitan areas are 1-6 days from the date of dispatch. Rural and remote areas including Tasmania and Northern Queensland may experience slight delays but on average are delivered within 5-10 days of dispatch.
Our couriers are wine transport specialists and have been trained on the transport and storage and delivery of wine. All orders are sent on the fastest possible wine specific service, this differs from regular express shipping as wine cannot be transported using conveyor belts and requires hand loading.
During extremely hot weather, we may hold back shipping if we feel there is a risk of heat damage to the wine during transit. Should this delay be longer than 2 business days we will advise via email.

If you believe there to be an issue with a product that you have purchased please don’t tip it down the drain, replace the lid/cork (must be over 3/4 of bottle remaining) and contact support@sometimesalways.com.au and we will be happy to assist with next steps.
You may return most new, unopened items in new condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 days of receipt your package to at Sometimes Always.
