The Club by Sometimes Always

By joining you are gaining access to the very best wines from the range, curated by our Sometimes Always sommelier as well as added privileges and perks reserved only for Club members.

When joining The Club, you simply decide your membership level, the number of bottles, winemaking style preference, whether you want a mixed pack or red wine only and we do the rest.

The selections will change monthly and include some of the best and most interesting new finds selected by our team. The Club is the best way to receive a guaranteed & exclusive supply of high-quality wines sourced from all over the world.

In addition to the discount delivered within Club deliveries all Club members are also eligible for 10% discount on all additonal store purchases.

You pay for your first box upon membership sign up and then have your next pack automatically processed on the first of the month*. As with all Sometimes Always orders, all Club deliveries are free of charge Australia-wide.

All memberships also count towards the Sometimes Always ‘Always Loyal’ rewards program, double bonus!

We have compiled some frequently asked questions (FAQs) specific to The Club, if your answer is not found below, please check ourcontact us via email or our live chat. We would love to tell you more about The Club!

    • Your first box is dispatched on the next business day following sign up.

    • If you signed up before the15th of the month, your second box will be dispatch on the first of the next month.

    • If you signed upon or after the 16th of the month, your second box will be dispatch on the first of the following month.

    • You will only be charged when your wine is ready for dispatch.

    • Your Club membership gets you a monthly delivery of wine hand selected by the Sometimes Always team. The wine included will be at least of equivalent value as the membership e.g. If you are on a3 Bottle Classic membershipfor $90 there will be at least $90 worth of wine in your delivery, often more. Shipping is always free!

    • Your membership also entitles you to a % of reward store credit earned through all additional purchases made through Sometimes Always e.g if your reward store credit level is 20% and you make a $100 order you will be issued a $20 reward credit to use on any store purchase*. You may save up your credit to use on a big purchase or redeem any amount of your available credit, it’s up to you!

    • Members of The Club will also have first access to many hard to find, rare and allocation wines. We will allow first option the members before going in sale to other customers.

    • By contacting ourteam, you can change, skip or cancel your monthly membership at any time – it’s all about discovery and convenience.

    • When a membership is paused, cancelled or a send skipped all additional perks and privileges eg reward store credit accrual will be suspended until membership is resumed and next scheduled box is charged.

    • Any accrued store credit will still remain available for redemption as long as it is within 6 months of issue date.

    • Just ensure you are signed into your customer account and use coupon 'THECLUB' at checkout. Please note the discount can't be used in conjunction with any other offers.

  • The Club by Sometimes Always is all about exploration but we understand that there might be an instance that your box may contain a variety or style is not for you. If this is the case Club members can return the unopened bottle and we will credit your account with the value of the bottle to put towards another wine of your choice. Just get in contact we will assist you with next steps.
