As the champion of our online customer experience, you’ll bring a friendly and vibrant approach to managing customer inquiries across all our brands.
You’ll guide customers through their journey—from answering pre-purchase questions to ensuring smooth order fulfilment and thoughtful post-delivery follow-ups.
Collaborating closely with our warehouse team, you'll help guarantee that orders are packed and shipped with care, and you'll jump in during busy times as needed. By working alongside creative and marketing teams, you'll enhance customer interactions through email, packaging, and communications that foster loyalty.
Plus, you’ll identify areas for improvement in our processes to elevate the overall customer experience while also supporting the daily operations of our office.
