ORDER TRANSIT PROTECTION
Order Transit Protection (if purchased) covers packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Coverage takes effect immediately following checkout and continues until goods are delivered to the address provided at the time of order. Orders marked by customer as Authority To Leave are covered during transit but not following the package being marked as delivered by the transit provider.

Whilst every care is taken to provide information that is valid, clear and accurate at time of publication, Sometimes Always acknowledge that errors may occur. As specials, policies, price points, dates, conditions, and information are continually changing, Sometimes Always reserve the right to revise our content at any time to ensure the information we provide to all customers is as accurate as humanly possible. We offer no warranty or guarantee on information found to be containing errors or omissions.

PASSWORD SECURITY
Password security is the sole responsibility of the Sometimes Always visitor and member. Sometimes Always accept no responsibility for access gained by others to your personal information, including but not restricted to information pertaining to your identity or credit card, through the owner of these details not exercising reasonable caution and security against theft or misuse. It is the responsibility of visitors to the website to ensure the privacy of their own password. PRICING ERRORS
In the event of a product inadvertently appearing on the website at the wrong price, Sometimes Always reserves the right to cancel or decline orders for the product at the incorrect price, even if a credit card has already been debited. In the event that a credit has already been take, Sometimes Always will notify the buyer and refund the price of the product immediately.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are sold on a ‘while stocks last’ basis, if an order has been placed after the requested product has sold out, the buyer will be contacted with the option to take delivery of a product of at least equal quality or a full refund.
DELIVERY
Sometimes Always will always endeavour to deliver wine to buyers in as little time as possible. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery to be made. Remote areas may take slightly longer for obvious logistical reasons. Once an order has been dispatched from the winery to its original destination, any changes to that destination or redirect requests made by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and not of Sometimes Always.
DRY AREA RESTRICTIONS
Sometimes Always will not delivery to any area deemed a dry zone under Australian law. Please do not attempt to order to these areas as they will be refused.
RISK
Any risk of damage, deterioration or loss is passed to the customer when receiving delivery.
CANCELLATIONS
All customers have the right to cancel their order for up to seven days from when the order is placed. If the product has already been delivered, Sometimes Always will arrange for the products to be picked up. Products must be returned in an ‘as new’ and saleable condition.
RETURNS
Should wine need to be returned, Sometimes Always will organise to pick up the wine. Until the wine is collected, the buyer is liable to store the wine in a safe place and take reasonable care of it. Wine should be returned in its original box and packed to avoid breakages while in transit.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be transacted within 30 days of Sometimes Always being notified and confirmation has been received that the wine has been returned in saleable condition.
FORCE MAJEURE
Sometimes Always will take no responsibility for inability to supply for reason of events that are beyond reasonable control. In the event of a delay of supply the consumer will be contacted with an expected time frame of delivery. If Sometimes Always is prevented from delivering for an extended period of time, either party may cancel the order without liability to the buyer.
WARNINGS
Sometimes Always supports the responsible consumption of alcohol, excess consumption of alcohol may be harmful.
Full cartons of wine can be heavy. Please transfer bottles individually if you are unsure about the weight. Red wine will stain if spilt or dropped.
MINIMUM AGE OF DELIVERY
Sometimes Always operates under a SA Producers Licence, to buy wine from the website the buyer must be over 18 years of age, verifiable by ID and specify a domestic shipping address within Australia. By placing an order with Sometimes Always, the buyer confirms that they are over the age of 18 and it is legal that they purchase Alcohol. Sometimes Always is required under SA law to requests your date of birth upon ordering, this information is kept for legal reasons only. The courier delivering the wine will check identification; wine cannot be delivered to a buyer unable to prove they are of legal age.
SPECIAL OFFERS
Sometimes Always reserve the right to terminate a special offer at any time without prior notice

Whilst Sometimes Always is extremely careful with files uploaded to the site, Internet security is your responsibility and we fully endorse the use of virus protection software on your computer.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
Due to Liquor Licensing laws, we are currently unable to sell internationally. Orders can only be shipped within Australia.
PROMOTIONS
Sometimes Always reserves the right to end promotions at any time. Coupons cannot be added retroactively and must be applied by customers at checkout. Coupon codes are not able to added retrospectivly or after order processing. Coupons mistakingly not applied at checkout may be issued as store credit at Sometimes Always discretion.

VICTORIA
Victoria Liquor Control Reform Act 1998: It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $7,000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $600).
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.
SOUTH AUSTRALIA
Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Section 113. Liquor must NOT be supplied to persons under 18.
QUEENSLAND
Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years.
WESTERN AUSTRALIA
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.
