Lovely green character here, tender shoots and tendrils. Flirty flint. This is a lean and fresh white that will marry brighter herbal flavours or richer, buttery seafood with total grace. The bountiful 2023 vintage was a bit of a lifeline after minuscule harvests in previous years. Generously fruited and immediately enjoyable. Thanking you, PYCM; you've done it again.
