Why we love this Wine
Michael, Martin, Adam, David - four big names pooling their talent to bring us special wines from a special site. Their Chenin (and sole white) is an exercise in complexity. One third whole bunch pressed, it’s been slow fermented in oak and matured on lees. Bright white peach, citrus and slate are held together with briney wax to shape a long, cellar-worthy Blewitt Springs special.
