Why we love this Wine
We're ON here. Lemon juice well worth the squeeze, apple cider tang, bubbly bliss. A little pulpy, pithy. Thirst-slaking, dry and dangerous. Glera grapes get the Pet Nat treatment, and unsurprisingly it's gone well. Ten hours cold soak, pressed to steel and cold settled. Transferred to bottle with full solids, this is fizz that fulfils any number of wishes.
