Why we love this Wine
The Soave DOC is found on volcanic slopes in Italy’s northeast, outside Verona. Classically, dramatically Italian, this explosively energetic white retains fresh jasmine and orchard fruit aromatics through stainless steel vinification. Wild and fruity arm-waving and gesturing aside, that volcanic minerality and crunchy pear make for a svelte quaffer. Kiss both cheeks, it’s real friendly.
