Established in 1981, the Collotte family manage 17ha of vines in Burgundy. This voluptuous Aligoté is crispy and elegant. Limestone soils bring a soft serve of minerality. Whole bunch pressings for texture on the white flowers and citrus swirl. Simply delicious.
