Cantina Furlani

Towering Dolomite mountains and its jagged peaks watch on as Matteo Furlani, a fourth generation vigneron, continues his 280-year-old family tradition. Although sparkling wine has long been part of Trentino's vinous landscape, but Matteo's fresh, vivacious, mineral wines set a whole new benchmark. Biodynamic grapes are spontaneously fermented with wild yeast, and eventually left outside to clarify in demijohns in the winter snow. Tastes like a wish fulfilled, yum.
