From Furlani Winery (and the masterful touch of Matteo); Mino Carbo. A spontaneously fermented introduction to the Marzemino grape, for the uninitiated this is a perfect translation of the style, rich in regional markers. 5 days of maceration on skin plus spontaneous fermentation in a steel tank, and we're left with a fresh, mineral-rich red that drinks well above its weight class. If you want something that over-delivers on its price-point, you've found it.
