An unconventional blend from an unconventional man, vigneron Matteo Furlani. Here, he blends Muller Thurgau, Traminer and Sauvignon Blanc, and the results are seriously phenomenal. Bright green apples, salt, lemon zest, vibrancy. Softer notes of summer stonefruit, and a little texture care of two weeks spent on skins. A genuine treat to knock back.
