Why we love this Wine
We're excited about what Ben Yugen is doing in Victoria. This is Sauvignon Blanc done skinsy. Fermented on skins for three weeks before 12 months in old oak, we reckon the Sauv had a bit of a party with the Muscat and Pinot Gris in those barrels. Here's a fresh, funky wine that really is hot like a Tropical Sunrise, with big guava and passionfruit energies. Take it to the beach and really set the scene.
