Why we love this interesting drink
Our favourite brewers have just exploded with citric enthusiasm for spring! Wildflower’s new seasonal Spring Ale leans away from classification, much like some of our favourite winemakers’ experimental releases. Meyer lemons, oranges and finger limes were put to work here, prepping a wild (heh) marmalade nose. This is fresh, light and zippy, with a clean, moreish savoury finish. Bang on.
