Why we love this Wine
We love an amber wine with a bit of body behind it, and that's exactly what we have here. All Semillon, though 80% is from Magpie Springs in the Adelaide Hills, and 20% comes from the Barossa's Vine Vale. This is luscious; foot-stomped, followed by a period of whole-bunch skin-contact for 25 days. There's a whole lotta citrus freshness in there right now, and we can't wait to see which honeyed, heavenly directions this goes in with a little bit of age on it.
