Why we love this Wine
Considering its low-yielding nature, Nebbiolo Rosato/Rosé is a rare treat. Pale salmon in hue and almost always bone dry, our favourite Italian brings the vibes with a very Neb bouquet of rose petals and sour cherry, with a little mint and balsamic in the mix on the palate for savoury balance.
