Why we love this Wine
Sounds French, but they ain’t. Rhys and Emma Parker run this small batch operation out of Dunsborough, WA, at the tip of the Margaret River region. Out of their ‘Urban Micro Winery’ they’re producing easy-going, lo-fi single site expressions of their fine WA home. This here’s free-run Chenin treated to a little extra lees-y texture, with a resulting very high glugability score.
