Why we love this Wine
We did this wine because it’s pretty much slurp central; bouncy and sessionable yet packed with bright fruit that just screams of its Barossa roots. It’s modeled around the Spanish ‘joven’ style so you can expect it to be packed with youthful exuberance….. Much like the winemaker ‘Chippy’. Pure plummy fruit, a splash of red-fruits and cranberry for some high-tones, a touch of bramble, plenty of spice, supple tannins and bright, balanced acidity = effortless drinking.
