Stefano Lubiana knew exactly what he was doing when he put this snug little baby to bottle. Some of Tassie’s finest, we’d go as far as to say that it could square up to any of the heavyweight Champagnes you’d care to name and just keep swinging. Finely beaded, this toasty honeycomb elixir has no cloying sweetness, just pure, refreshing fizz.
