Why we love this Wine
Citrus driven Chardonnay with an electric acid backbone, finishing with slightly riper, more toffeed fruits. Fermented in barrel and egg before blending in tank, bottled by gravity after 9 months in tank on fine lees. An absolutely charming celebration of what a long, cool, challenging growing season can offer in rewards. The side-eye on the label's just a perk.
