Why we love this Wine
Handcrafted pinot noir, this sat on syrah skins for almost a year, giving it a unique personality. It’s full of cherries, raspberries and dashes of pepper, with soft tannins. James ‘Shiny’ Scott is a second generation Tasmanian winemaker who started in the wine industry at 18 years old. Watch this space.
