Why we love this Wine
One juicy tale not to be missed. Métisse (mixed), named after the mix of varieties used in the first vintage. Fast forward to now, only Gamay from Beaujolais makes the cut however, there's two different parcels and two different methods to get the juice. Still a mix of sorts and still a cracking drop. Bright, lively and delicious with cherries, strawberry and earthy mushrooms popping through. Hop to it.
