None other than Julien Altaber is at it again with this delight. Aligoté from 100-year-old vines in Puligny-Montrachet on limestone soils. Green apples, lemon peel, mineral and good whip of saltiness. Clean and crisp, with layers and line of acidity keeping it lively. Precision worthy of its attention.
