An Alsatian-style blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Sylvaner from Tessa Brown, who operates just just outside Beechworth, crafting pristine and elegant wines. So subtle and textural wine, it’s a fine example of what this cool-climate region is good for. Green apple, honey and grassy freshness. Slick.
