Why we love this Wine
Thoughtfully made cabernet, never what you’re expecting from Sam Vinciullo. Dry-grown grapes near Cowaramup in the Margaret River region, farmed using organic practices. All the texture in this wine comes from the fruit, fermented on skins without any… well… anything. Dark richness in there, flavours of mint and eucalyptus. Alive and full of life.
