But if looking to craft a sensory slap of a food pairing, allow us to introduce your next blended best-friend. 62% Pinot Gris, 23% Sauvignon Blanc and 14% Pinot Noir (with the smallest splash of Gewürztraminer, Muscat and Viognier). Fermented mostly as whole bunches, with a small amount of Blanc de Noir pressings added during open-top fermentation. Amber-hued, savoury-styled, and packed with warming spice, orange zest and bitter herbs.
