Why we love this Wine
What a blend! Pipparello is mostly Sangiovese, with a quarter Montepulciano and some Sagrantino. We’re all for a little friendly complexity, and this is doing the trick, with each varietal pulling its weight. Tart raspberry notes dance with forest-foraged blackberries, dark chocolate and a lick of saddle leather guiding you down a trail of minerality. Take it for a ride.
