Why we love this Wine
A tip of the hat to the classic Hunter Valley red blends of yore with a twist; here we have Tasmanian Pinot Noir (49%) and Adelaide Hills Shiraz (51%), which of course is a very good idea. Think fruit weight and intensity from Shiraz and perfume and elegance from the Pinot Noir and you’re on the right track. Seamless and just a damn fine liquid to have in your glass.
