Why we love this Wine
A beautiful tradition carried on by two fine folk from the Hills. This collaboration, now between between Taras' father Yari and Gareth from Gentle Folk, is a beautiful thing. A 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir from Ashton and Gamay from Piccadilly in the Adelaide Hills. Picked on the same day and whole bunch co-fermented, it's a plume of pure, red cherry and berry fruit , dashed with spice and gamey nuance. So limited.
