Noon is a winery in an enviable position of only opening their cellar door for three weeks each November for sales – and everything sells out. This annual phenomenon took years of hard work and dedication, led by the honest expressions of every vintage. Quantities are never certain, some products do not get made if the fruit is not up to scratch. Luckily, the 2012 Eclipse – grenache, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, granciano – made the cut!
