Why we love this interesting drink
In a perfect world we’d fill our liquor trolleys with as many iterations of Amaro as we could. This would headline our Friuli section. A pretty Northern Italy take on the style, where the lines are blurred between traditions and regions, natives and their nearby mother countries. With a connection to exotic lands comes great knowledge of botanicals. Born as a medicine take it neat, or with a twist. Therapeutic drinking.
