Why we love this Wine

These days, it gladens our hearts to see so many Portugeuse grape varieties on Australian wine labels. They are suited to our climate and provide tremendous drinking to boot. Here, Moorak Wines have snaffled a parcel of Touriga Nacional (Toor-eega Na-cee-on-arl) from the Leask vineyard in Mclaren Vale. Some carbonic maceration & whole bunch action lets in a little light to the usually robust deep fruit profile for a cracking take on the variety.
