Why we love this Wine

We are of the opinion that the only thing better than a bottle of Champagne is a magnum of Champagne. Michel Genet are based in Chouily on the Côte des Blancs, 100% Grand Cru vineyards and as the name suggests, Chardonnay is the big dog here. With a fine, energetic bead, it’s crisp and brisk with bright appley characters and hints of freshly baked bread, apple danish, grilled nuts, honeycomb and white flowers. Biscuity with a sense of latent power and a long, dry finish.
