Why we love this Wine
A staple in our wine racks since forever, this just gets better. Managed by the neighbours and made by Max Graillot, this site has been organically farmed for 10 years now. Fermented in concrete and large wooden vats, with some carbonic maceration, for a syrah of blackcurrant, blackberry, jubes and pepper.
