Why we love this Wine
In Côt we trust. Côt of course refers to the local name for Malbec in Cahors and here Fabien Jouves from Mas del Perie weaves his magic and gifts us a gorgeous biodynamic expression of the variety. It’s a brambley-edged, purely fruited little beauty; big on juiciness and crunchy fruit with a silky swish across the tongue and vivid quartz-like acidity driving the wine along.
