Why we love this Wine
Stone fruit and citrus, fine tannins and that sea salt-dusted acidity… We’re very pleased to bring you this one. It’s single vineyard Yarra Valley Chardy from Luke Lambert. Whole bunch pressing preceded wild ferment, wild malolactic fermentation and maturation in old French oak - and no fining or filtering. Fresh and finessed.
