Why we love this Wine
One of the ‘big guns’ of the Champagne region and the most famous offering from the house of Louis Roederer. Cristal has always walked the tightrope of generosity and precision; mouthfilling, toasty and creamy with incredible acidity and yeasty autolytic goodness. This is all reined in by fine, tight acidity and linearality, with density and a sense of latent power purring away under those fine, delicate bubbles. It’s one of the world's great wines.
