Why we love this Wine
Le(nswood) Ko(erner) - Damon and Jono Koerner’s Adelaide Hills wines. Lenswood is where you’ll find their winery, winemaker Damon and wife Maddy’s family home, and some young new vines he lovingly tends. This, their first Savagnin, spent 20 days on skins. Free run juice and pressings were combined, before ten months in stainless kept it fresh for a funky, spicy and crunchy drop. A drop of Chardy was added and we're left with something deeelish.
