Organic vines. Biodynamic practices. This wine comes from some of the most beautiful 11 hectares in Vouvray. Plowing by horse, harvest by hand, natural ferments. The real deal. There is a glowing oxidative edge to this classic sparkling Chenin, with playful acid and creamy seriousness. Secondary fermentation in bottle and left for 19 months. All class.
