Why we love this Wine
Is it us, or does Aussie Sangiovese actually keep getting better and better? This is one of our favourite examples, with 10% whole bunches to keep some texture and pep, pumped over twice daily in open concrete fermenters. All of the bold pomegranate-fresh red fruit jumps out. Smashing stuff to serve at antipasti o'clock, with cheese, with meats, with great gusto.
