Why we love this Wine
No SO2, all de-stemmed and fermented in concrete. The story goes, there was not enough Cab Franc to go round and a last minute phone call turned up this fruit. It was so good Owen Latta went for no additions and no tricks, letting a great 38-year-old vineyard tell its own tale. Juicy up-front brightness and blueberries all the way. All class.
