Why we love this Wine
We’re all for a little health, wealth and happiness - but what makes a wine fitter and happier? Organic and biodynamic farming, for starts. Born and raised in McLaren Vale, this Chardy enjoyed plenty of tinkering in the winery. Whole bunch pressing, full malo and over a year elevage raise a fresh, citrusy wine laced with sea salt and roasty, nutty notes. We’ll be keeping a keen eye on Bobby Fishel.
