Why we love this Wine
Naturally acidic wines make for such versatility with our Aussie diet and climate, and this lean Chenin is no exception. Structurally nimble and choosy in its fruit expression, think apple blossom, lemon leaf and delicate chamomile. Texture is supplied from wild ferment on gross lees in French barriques, no less. A cracking mouthful made for d’Affinois.
