Why we love this Wine
14th generation grape person ‘Fanfan’ Ganevat can enjoy a little ego stroking with the fanfare that surrounds this beauty. 20’s vines grown over white marl produce pure Jura fruit that really does most of the hard work for them. Incredible texture softens the dive into a racing acidity flavoured by lemon, lime and green apple, with honeyed stone fruit, slate and oxidative notes running the epic length.
