From arguably the Jura region’s most impressive lineup of wines comes Ganevat’s Chalasses Vielles Vignes Chardonnay. A celebration of remarkable terroir. The vines were planted in 1902 over grey marl and the fruit once picked, heads straight to the on-site winery for a pared back approach by their small team. Smooth like honey, its clean-cut palate of apple, peach and wet stone minerality is a thing of understated natural beauty.
