An audible 'ooft' echoed through the warehouse when these babies hit the shelves. Made in the most meticulous méthode traditionnelle, this stunning Premier Brut is built on Margaret River Chardonnay from a specialty vineyard in Karridale, and it's all elegance. Fine beaded, glowing pale yellow, with the most delicate mousse. It's citrusy, it's fresh, there's acid, there's texture. 'I-deserve-this' kinda wine.
