Why we love this Wine
Here’s an exceedingly silky wine from a smooth biodynamic operator out west in Vic. Hochkirch is John & Jennifer Nagorcka’s family vineyard, and this comes from the oldest vines on their estate. Proudly ‘old school’, low and slow techniques draw out ripe red cherry, spice and beetroot. A beauty.
