Why we love this Wine
One wine to rule all food pairings. Not a myth, we think we've found it in this devilishly slurpable Dolcetto from Giacomo Fenocchio. Fresh, fun fruits on the nose. Dry, impeccably balanced, with a few slightly bitter finishing notes that keep your interest hooked. Some of our favourite characteristics of the Langhe region creep in; blackberries with real depth, some cocoa richness, and subtle earthiness.
