From Monomeith and Ashton vineyards, 30% new French oak, 100% whole cluster open top ferment and 100% destemmed ferment set up a Pinot worth talking about. Unpack wonderful depth of flavour and very varietal aromatics, juicy fruit, lipsmacking acidity and a youthful innocence. Save a little to try on day two, if you can. 190 dozen produced.
